Building Bridges to God and Helping People Across
"It's urgent that you listen carefully to this: Anyone here who believes what I am saying right now and aligns himself with the Father, who has in fact put me in charge, has at this very moment the real, lasting life and is no longer condemned to be an outsider. This person has taken a giant step from the world of the dead to the world of the living. -- John 5:24 (The Message)

For if you remain silent at this time,

position for such a time as this?" – Esther 4:14

Back to School Prayer – Every year we try to gather all the churches in the community to pray
at each of our local schools. This year
The Crossover is going to pray for Humboldt TLC since we have such a close
connection to them. We will gather
August 15 at 4PM at TLC to pray. If you
never been to the school, it will be a good opportunity to put a face to our
work there.
Baptism – If you have made a decision to follow Jesus Christ, you should be
baptized! We will be baptizing people on
August 22nd (Rain date: Aug 29th) at Jerry & Michelle
Brosam’s pond. If you are interested in
baptism, let Pastor Brian know as soon as possible.
Tough Question
Sunday – On 5th Sundays, we do Tough
Question Sunday, where anyone can ask Pastor Brian a question and not just get
an answer, but get an idea of how to approach a tough question. If you have a tough question about the Bible
or life in general, write it on a card and place it in the Offering Box or give
it to Brian. This is a great Sunday to
invite your friends and even encourage them to ask tough questions.
