Building Bridges to God and Helping People Across
"It's urgent that you listen carefully to this: Anyone here who believes what I am saying right now and aligns himself with the Father, who has in fact put me in charge, has at this very moment the real, lasting life and is no longer condemned to be an outsider. This person has taken a giant step from the world of the dead to the world of the living.  -- John 5:24 (The Message)

Sermon on the Mount

We like to revisit the Sermon on the Mount on a regular basis.  Found in Matthew 5-7, It is one of the core classic texts of the entire Bible.

If you look at Matthew chapter 4, you see that Jesus has begun to preach the Kingdom of God, called four disciples to leave their careers to follow Him, and has healed so many people, that people are coming from all over the area to see Him.

It is at this point, that he climbs a hill and teaches his new disciples what He is all about.  This is the Sermon on the Mount.  You have to choose to follow Christ, but then what?  That's what we will explore.
